Behind ACVEX is a track record of two decades navigating the complexities of industrial growth—from factory floors to boardrooms, and from emerging markets to global strategy rooms.

With a background spanning HVAC, air filtration, and industrial machinery sales across Europe and Asia, Juerg A Staub brings a rare blend of technical expertise, operational depth, and strategic perspective. His experience includes building and scaling regional businesses, overseeing multimillion-dollar P&Ls, leading cross-functional teams across cultures, and supporting critical transitions—from greenfield setups to post-merger integration.

His approach is pragmatic, structured, and grounded in real-world operations—always focused on results that hold up under pressure and scale.
